01 Discovery
The first and most crucial stage is to spend time aligning. Understanding your goals and setting expectations that work for both sides.
This is done either on a discovery call, filling out a discovery doc in your own time or a collaborative workshop. Whatever’s easiest for you.
02 Planning
Once Discovery is done, it’s time to create a Statement of Works – this outlines everything the project entails and to ensure both sides are happy. If you feel anything is missing from our initial Discovery, now is the time to query so adjustments or additions can be made. Only after agreement does the project start.
03 Implement
Here’s where development gets going. Visual identity is established, assets are created and movement is injected through animation. It’s where your concept is brought to life.
Here, you’ll be presented with deliverables and reasons behind this during a short review stage. It’s your opportunity to provide feedback.
04 Delivery
Following tweaks during Implementation, your project is tidied up, finished off and handed over for Delivery. All deliverables done and dusted. Your brand, ready for the next level.
