Learning in-the-flow of work
Working with our project liaison, a tone of voice and branding materials were created to resonate with their audience. Using highlighted pillars for direction, a strategy was developed to provide a clear structure for learning.
12 bite-sized modules were developed, providing a backbone for the time-pressed leaders to learn from effectively. Learners were presented with the relevant content needed for them to improve their performance in the key areas of leadership. Digestible chunks gave leaders the flexibility to complete courses around their working patterns. Supported with self-led learning material to revisit when required, the programme truly allowed leaders to learn in-the-flow of their busy day-to-day jobs.
Feedback has been nothing but positive, with numerous learners expressing their delight at the ease content could be digested with.
